Pyvot's Policy
Cancellations & No Shows

Proper appointment cancellation must take place 48 hours before your appointment

Appointments canceled the day before your scheduled visit are charged 50% of the service

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours or on the day of are charged 100% of the service. A deposit is also required to rebook your next service .

Our guests receive a 10 minute grace period.

A $15 late fee is enforced in the 11th minute

Appointments are rescheduled if our guests are 25 minutes late

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Applies to new client consultations as well.
Hair Extension Policy
All hair for extension services must be supplied through Pyvot.
Housekeeping
Not satisfied with your service, no worries. Notify us with in 24 hours from your service and we'd be more than happy to adjust your look.

Service adjustments must be equal to or less than the amount of the initial service received .

To uphold the integrity of our customer experience extra guests aren't permitted at your appointment.
